This will depend on the courier used to ship your order.

Most gifts or items sold by FodaBox will be shipped via Evri or DPD. They send recipients a text message or email on the morning of delivery where you can then change the delivery day or give instructions to leave the order in a safe place. 

Many other couriers have similar options in place - if you're not home when delivery is attempted then at the very least you'll get a note through the door where you can rearrange.

Depending on the status of your order, you may be able to update delivery information directly through the courier's official websites, linked in the table below.
