Delivery policy

All goods are delivered by one of our approved courier partners and, wherever possible, will be delivered on a tracked service for you to follow their progress.

Next Day Delivery is available to Mainland UK addresses for FREE on all orders over £50 (excluding delivery cost) with a fixed charge of £2.95 per order for purchases under this value (or per delivery address if you're using the multi-address checkout feature).

Standard Delivery (usually 1-2 days) is available for non-Mainland UK addresses including the Isle of Wight and SW England.

Orders from the following Partners will be delivered using a Standard UK Delivery service (usually 1 – 3 Working Days): ArtChocolat, Clarity Blend, Express4Fruits, Harry Specters, Mr Fitzpatricks, Popcorn Kitchen, RITA FARHI, Rococo Chocolates, The Original Cake Company

Surcharges

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands delivery normally takes a few days longer than mainland as indicated in the checkout. It will also incur a small surcharge of a few pounds, depending on size of order.

All delivery costs will be shown in checkout.

Future Delivery Dates

While we make every effort to deliver on your preferred date, deliveries may arrive one day either side of your selected day, especially during busy periods.

Please be aware orders containing alcohol may sometimes require a signature of someone over 18.

Gift Product Orders*

The next available delivery date will be shown on each particular product page. Alternatively, you can choose a delivery on a day of your choice up to three months in advance.
