We're so sorry for leaving you waiting. We understand how frustrating this is. The reality is - we've got thousands of orders coming in, and the longer we spend answering social media questions/voicemail queries, the longer we're delayed in processing orders, so we've had to prioritise our backlog of customer orders, and have put our answerphones on, and are not monitoring social regularly.
