Yes - you can send your lucky recipient a FREE digital gift message to personalise their gift experience. You can add the message from gift product pages, and also when you get to our secure Checkout. Simply select 'Add a FREE digital gift message.' 

You can also choose whether to Send on Delivery, Send Later or Send Now.

If you forgot to add a gift message to your order,  please email [email protected] with the following information:

• Recipient Name
• Sender Name
• Message
• Original Order Number e.g. #FBRETAIL-123456
• Recipient's Email Address
• Recipient's Mobile Number
• When to send. Select one of:
  • Send on Delivery (digital gift message will be sent when courier tracking updates to delivered)
  • Send Later (please let us know the date DD/MM/YYYY and time AM/PM when you would like the message to be sent)
  • Send Now (will be sent immediately)
